Where to begin...so much to update! Madeline attended her first birthday party at Leapin Lizards in Decatur. It's an indoor bouncy playground for kids. She had fun going into the bouncy's with Brandon and me, but truly her favorite part of the party was crawling everywhere and following the kids running around. Just wrapped up Halloween. Couldn't keep Madeline up past 7:15pm. However, she did get to see 2 trick-or-treaters! Yes, she was stylin in her costume. We took so many pictures of her in her Halloween costume, check out the "Happy Halloween" album.
Her Halloween started on Friday where she attended her school's costume parade. She had fun looking at all the kids dressed up. We took a picture of her with her friend who was dressed up in a teddy bear costume. Unfortunately, Madeline did not seem to realize someone was in the costume because she kept tugging on the costume. I'm sure she thought it was her teddy bear. Note to self: don't dress your kid in a costume that other kids want to grab, hug, tug or hit. :)
On the negative side, Madeline just went through her first double ear infection...not fun! But she's much better now...and was better in time for Halloween!
